The bridge abutments are formed on top of the concrete slabs. Wood panels and rebar will hold the concrete abutments in place.

A concrete mixer with a crane attachment delivers liquid concrete into the forms.

After several days of curing, the wooden forms are removed from the bridge abutments, revealing

the concrete and steel structure within.
